The Obama Presidential Center and its Neighbors

 

The last two Sundays we learned about the challenges and opportunities presented by the Obama Presidential Center to its immediate neighbors.  Will the Center, which breaks ground in August, contribute to the neighborhoods’ fragmentation, resulting in displacement of longtime residents, or will it serve as a source of cultural renewal and economic revitalization?
