Compassionate Listening with Camille Mullins-Lemieux
Our WCC theme for this program year is “Bringing People Together: Here for the community. Here for you.”
In keeping with this theme our opening program has called on The Compassionate Listening Project: A non-profit organization empowering individuals and communities to transform conflict and strengthen cultures of peace.
Our presenter is Camille Mullins-Lemieux who will share with us how Compassionate Listening Project is bringing people together in places like Alabama and also Israel & Palestine. She will also teach us skills to enhance our abilities to listen to one another. Camille is the daughter of Elaine Lemieux, one of our soloists.
Spiritual Enrichment is WCC’s ministry of faith exploration and formation, uniting head and heart in pursuit of an honest and vibrant Christian faith that is open, relevant, faithful, and transformative. Meeting weekly from September through May both in-person in the Centennial Room and virtually on Zoom; you choose whether to meet in-person or virtually. Questions?
