An Attempt to Live in Simplicity: Bruderhof
Founded in 1920, Bruderhof is an international movement of small Christian communities based on a philosophy of “Life in Community”. During the December 10th session of Spiritual Enrichment, we will discuss the history of this Christian experiment in self-sufficiency and interdependence, whose members commit themselves to follow Jesus together in the spirit of the Sermon on the Mount.
Spiritual Enrichment is WCC’s ministry of faith exploration and formation, uniting head and heart in pursuit of an honest and vibrant Christian faith that is open, relevant, faithful, and transformative. Meeting weekly from September through May both in-person in the Centennial Room and virtually on Zoom; you choose whether to meet in-person or virtually. Questions?
