Each spring around Earth Day, we dedicate several Sunday morning education sessions to further our congregation’s commitment to the environment. Join us for this year’s series! Come to as many as you can.
Matt Evans, son of Tom and Maureen Evans, managing ecologist at the Chicago Botanic Garden, will present about Friends of Illinois Nature Preserves, which he founded. The mission of the Friends is to bring volunteer groups to every nature preserve in Illinois to maintain their ecology and raise their public profile.
