Share the Magic of the Holidays – Sponsor a Servant

With the decision to return all programming to virtual this week, The Navigators group would not able to stuff the stockings as planned so the Servants group stepped up this past Sunday and completed the project.

All 50 stockings are ready to be delivered to The Night Ministry for Holiday Celebration 2020 which will be held throughout the month of December. The Night Ministry is a Chicago-based organization that works to provide housing, health care and human connection to members of our community struggling with poverty or homelessness.

Each stocking will contain tissues, deodorant, lip balm, hand cream, hand warmers, thermal socks, first aid kit, gloves, winter hat, deck of cards, face mask and candy.

Several generous donations have been received to sponsor a Navigator. Now please consider sponsoring a Servant at $20 a stocking to help underwrite the cost of these supplies. You can donate by sending a check to the church with Navigators/Servants in the memo line or online here.
